    Sets plans to manage customers. Work with key accounts to formulate joint strategies with business plans outlining how the relationship will develop with dates. Develops all market segments as directed. Visits accounts daily with set appointment / objection as call rate KPI. Sell new business in all products and retain all business as it is developed.

    • Maintains close contact with internal stakeholders.
    • Reviews and analyses business performance.
    • Builds and maintains relationships.
    • Deals and solves all grievances through service recovery, in line with the policies and SLA in place.
    • Analyses performance data vs. revenue targets to provide recommendations to the Senior Management.
    • Fulfils CRM KPI daily
    Qualifications / experience / knowledge
    • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree.
    • Minimum Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a sales environment.
    • Proficient knowledge of relevant industry and products
    • Proven track record in 3PL sales.
    • Ability to meet call targets
    • Ability to complete CRM Daily
    • Ability to journey plan
    • Proficient Data collection and analysis Skills
    • Proficient IT and Computer Literacy Skills
    • Proficient Planning and Organizing Skills
    • Proficient Communication Skills
    • Proficient Negotiation Skills
    Required attributes & skills
    • Contribute to positive employee relations through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with co-worker and the management team.
    • Treat all goods, regardless of value, with care and present to the customer with highest level of respect. Completes customer transactions in a professional, timely manner. Inform customer necessary information they need to know if applicable.
    • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken with a 2nd language preferred.
    • Self-motivated and self-directed. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
