Freightworks believe that Quality of Service is the essence and heart
of our business. A programme of Business Excellence has been embarked
upon and to assist, we joined the Dubai Quality Group (DQG). DQG
believes that competitiveness of Local companies against world-class
standards is a crucial necessity for accomplishing our Mission and
Strategic Objectives.
Our first step
was to apply for the Dubai Quality Appreciation Award, which is based
on the European Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality
Management (EFQM). We were the proud recipient of the Dubai Quality
Appreciation Award for the year 2004 in the Service Sector. We use the
Dubai Quality Award Model to deliver continuous improvement.
We are in the process of seeking accreditation under ISO 9001:2000,
then ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, to cover not just Quality and self
improvement through various excellence channels, but to pay mind to the
Safety of our operations and the Environment.

Quality Policy Statement
At Freightworks, we endeavour to excel in providing professional and
value added services to meet customer requirements. Our services will
be continuously monitored and improved by experienced staff who are
appreciative of the importance for quality delivery service.
Health Safety & Environment Statement
In conduct of our business we will work towards adhering to the Health,
Safety and Environmental requirements emanating from local &
international regulatory bodies. This will be achieved through
continual education and training of our staff, customers, suppliers and
industry with constant emphasis on improvement.
